RESERVATION FEE & BLOCKING OF UNIT :

  • The reservation fee of Php 20,000 must be paid prior to the blocking of unit as specified in the approved Collinwood Site Development Plan
  • The reservation fee is Non-transferable and Non-refundable
  • The reservation fee is part of the Total Contract Price
  • If you pay spot cash within 30 days of reservation you can avail of a 5% discount on the total contract price.

PAYMENTS OF REGULAR EQUITY / DOWNPAYMENT

  • Reservation fee of Php 20,000.00
  • Equity should be at least 30% of the Total Contract Price
  • Half of the Equity must be paid w/in 15 days from reservation date
  • Full Equity must be paid 45 days from reservation date

EASY EQUITY PAYMENT PLAN - E.E.P.P.

  • 30% of the equity must be paid w/ in forty-five (45) days from reservation date. The Balance of 70% of equity is subject to EEPP.
  • The maximum period of EEPP is eighteen (18) months.
  • EEPP interest is 16% straight per annum.
  • In case of default, a 4% penalty per month on the amount due will be imposed. If buyer defaults on three (3) consecutive months, the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) of the EEPP will be rescinded.

IN-HOUSE FINANCING OPTIONS:

  • PLAN "A" - 3 Months maximum ( Spot Cash on Total Contract Price payable in a 3 months maximum period w/ 5% discount)
  • PLAN "B1" - 30% Downpayment payable in 6 mos. (interest free) / 70% Balance payable in 6 mos. (interest free)
  • PLAN "B2" - 30% Spot Cash / 70% Balance  upon unit completion (No interest) 2.5% discount of Downpayment
  • PLAN "B3" - 50% Spot Cash / 50% Balance upon unit completion
  • PLAN "C" - 10%, 20%, 30%, Downpayment payable in 4 to 6 months. Balance payable 1 to 5 years with 16% interest straight per annum.
  • PLAN "D" - 10%, 20%, 30% Downpayment payable in 4 to 6 months. Balance payable 6 to 10 years straight per annum.

PREMIUM LOTS :

  • An additional P 100 per sq.m. for all lots facing East
  • An additional P 100 per sq.m. for all corner lots
  • An additional P 100 per sq.m. for all main road lots
  • An additional P 100 per sq.m. for all lots beside & across parks & playground.
