Pricing and Payment Terms 

The pricing and payment terms are still to be determined but as a guide the unit prices will range from:

 

  • P1.5M to P1.8M for the Studio Type Unit
  • P3.1M to P3.7M for the 2 Bedroom Unit

At present the developer is accepting letters of intent along with a reservation fee of P50,000, this reservation fee is refundable up until the official launching of the project, after launching the reservation will not be refundable and will form part of the Total Contract Price should you choose to purchase a unit. 

As soon as more pricing information is released we will add it to these pages along with the various payment options offered by the developer.

  • Reservation fee of Php 50,000.00 is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Full payment of Total Contract Price within :
    7 days reservation date merits a 8% discount
    30 days from reservation date merits a 7% discount
    60 days from reservation date merits a 5% discount
  • A 2.5% discount on 30% downpayment can be availed if paid within 30 days
  • A 3.5% discount on 51% downpayment can be availed if paid within 30 days
  • The 30% downpayment can be paid 18 months without interest (this offer is applicable only before March 30, 2008)
  • The 70% balance can be paid through Bank, HDMF/Pag-Ibig, provident and in-house financing
